At MKMKPEN, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Please note: We do not accept returns for used markers, opened packaging, or custom orders unless the product is defective.

2. Exchanges

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo proof of the issue.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team:

  • Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

5. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Products that have been used or altered

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product issue caused by MKMKPEN.
